Wow, in two days a Toronto pitcher and a Toronto defenceman have suffered skull fractures playing their respective sports.

I wish both of them full recoveries.

Fraser gives it everything he has every night. It's tough to see him injured like that. I wonder how Happ will do when he comes back. It's got to be tough to get back on the hill again after that.

Fraser has been the best #6 defenceman in the league this year.

Dropped 'em when he needed to, provided steady, non-flashy, dependable defending in limited minutes.

He's a keeper.

Unfortunately, I've only been able to see one game in the series. Work keeps getting in the way. Fraser isn't perfect, nor is anyone else. But I'll take his effort and grit any day.

Perhaps, but he's a #6, what do you expect? It could have been Luke Schenn getting caught flat footed a billion times, and not being able to fight if needed.

Everyone who blames phaneuf for last nights ending is dreaming. His intention was to make a hit to keep the puck in bostons zone. Obyrne did not attack for the puck he just kept backing up till he finally shot the puck, a weak shot that squeaked past reimer which he should of had, really soft goal.

Another thing was all game, even before overtime, the leafs lost majority of faceoffs practically all of them i saw they lost in bostons zone. If it was on powerplay bozak would always lose it and chara keeps dumping it out. If it was regular time same sh!t Boston has more depth at center, we dont even have a true number one centerman and if anyone thinks bozak is a 1st line centerman go bury your head in the ground. 1 POINT IN 4 GAMES, LOST ALL FACEOFFS IN BOSTONS ZONE, so much for this "faceoff specialist". If the leafs actually (frank)ing won a faceoff in their zone, they probably could of registered more goals and set up a play to get one not making us go to overtime
